Delivery is made by pallet truck on a rigid 16-tonne vehicle with a tail-lift.

To ensure successful delivery, please confirm:

Clear and unrestricted access suitable for a 16-tonne rigid vehicle

Delivery point is a flat, solid and level surface
(⚠ pallet trucks cannot operate over grass, gravel, cobbles, inclines or uneven terrain)

Delivery is kerbside only – the driver will position the pallet as close as safely possible

Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery
