Delivery is made by pallet truck on a rigid 16-tonne vehicle with a tail-lift.

To ensure successful delivery, you MUST confirm the following:

Clear and unrestricted access suitable for a 16-tonne rigid vehicle

Delivery point must be on a flat, solid and level surface
(⚠ pallet trucks cannot operate over grass, gravel, cobblestones, inclines or uneven ground)

Kerbside delivery only – the driver will leave the pallet as close as safely possible to the delivery location

Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery

❌ No HIAB / crane offload available
❌ Drivers cannot drag pallets beyond the kerb or onto unsuitable surfaces
