Delivery

• UK Mainland ONLY – postcode restrictions apply (please message before ordering if unsure).

• Delivery is kerbside only using a tail-lift and manual pallet truck.

• Delivery point must be on a flat, solid, even surface (tarmac or concrete), accessible for a rigid 16-tonne vehicle, and free from obstructions.

• We cannot deliver onto gravel, grass, inclines/declines, or uneven surfaces.

• Someone must be present to sign for and accept the goods.

• Kerbside delivery only – placement beyond the kerbside is not guaranteed.

• If delivery is refused due to access issues or unsuitable ground, a failed delivery charge of £65 will be deducted from your refund.

Returns
Due to the nature of bulk bags, we cannot accept returns once offloaded as we cannot guarantee the product has not been used or contaminated. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
