🚚 Important Delivery Information – PLEASE READ
Delivery is carried out by pallet truck using a rigid 16-tonne vehicle with a tail-lift.
To avoid failed delivery, you MUST ensure:
Clear and unrestricted access for a 16-tonne rigid vehicle
Flat, solid and level ground at the delivery point (pallet trucks cannot move on gravel, grass, cobbles, or sloped surfaces)
Kerbside delivery only – the pallet will be left at the nearest safe location on a hard surface
Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery
⚠️ We do NOT deliver using a HIAB or crane
⚠️ Driver cannot move bags beyond the kerb / hard standing
