Delivery is via pallet truck on a rigid 16-tonne vehicle with tail-lift.

To avoid failed delivery, please ensure:

Clear access suitable for a 16-tonne rigid vehicle

Delivery point is a flat, solid and level surface
(⚠ pallet trucks cannot operate over grass, gravel, cobbles, inclines, or uneven ground)

Kerbside delivery only – the driver will place the pallet as close as safely possible

Someone must be present to accept and sign for delivery
