Delivery is made by pallet truck on a rigid 16-tonne vehicle with tail-lift.
To ensure smooth delivery, please confirm:
Clear access is available for a 16-tonne rigid vehicle
Delivery point is on a flat, solid and level surface
(⚠ pallet trucks cannot operate over grass, gravel, cobbles, inclines or uneven ground)
Kerbside delivery only – driver will position the pallet as close as safely possible
Someone must be present to accept and sign for the delivery
