Delivery is made by pallet truck on a rigid 16-tonne vehicle with a tail-lift.

To ensure a successful delivery, please confirm:

Clear and unrestricted access suitable for a 16-tonne rigid vehicle

Delivery location is a flat, solid and level surface
(⚠ pallet trucks CANNOT operate on gravel, grass, cobbles, or sloped/uneven areas)

Kerbside delivery only – the driver will position the pallet as close as safely possible

A responsible person must be present to accept and sign for delivery
