Delivery is made by pallet truck on a rigid 16-tonne vehicle with tail-lift.

Before placing your order, please ensure:

Clear and suitable access for a 16-tonne rigid vehicle

Delivery point must be flat, solid, and level (pallet trucks cannot move over grass, gravel, cobbles, inclines, or uneven terrain)

Kerbside delivery only – the pallet will be positioned as close as safely possible to the delivery address

Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery
