Delivery is made by pallet truck using a rigid 16-tonne vehicle with tail-lift.

To ensure successful delivery, please confirm:

Clear access suitable for a 16-tonne rigid vehicle

Delivery point is on a flat, solid and level surface
(⚠️ Pallet trucks cannot operate on grass, gravel, cobbles, inclines or other uneven ground)

Kerbside delivery only – the driver will place the pallet as close as safely possible

Someone must be present to accept and sign for delivery

❌ Drivers cannot move pallets beyond the kerbside area or onto unsuitable surfaces
