Delivery point is a flat, solid and level surface
(⚠️ pallet trucks CANNOT operate on grass, gravel, cobbles, inclines, or uneven ground)
Delivery is kerbside only – the driver will place the pallet as close as safely possible
A responsible person must be present to accept and sign for the delivery
